UWS MEGA-DEVELOPMENT AND ITS IMPACTS ON OUR COMMUNITY

A mega-development project (Upper Westside) is being proposed adjacent the Garden Hwy. This proposed development includes 9,300+ new apartments and homes, 3 million square feet of commercial space, a high school with a lighted stadium, a community college and potentially taking the first 40 feet of Garden Hwy residents' properties through eminent domain to significantly widen Garden Hwy
